Spencer Strider(2-0) thrilled the fans at Comerica Park 2022 as he crafted a
no-hit masterpiece against the Damnation Alley Steel Roaches. The Waterworld
Field of Dreams won by a final score of 1 to 0.
Strider was spectacular. He walked 2 Damnation Alley batters. What a day for
the fans. They were on the edge of their seats from the 7th inning on. With
every out, the electricity in the air mounted. Ryan Pressly pitched a
perfect ninth and was credited with his 4th save.
Carlos Rodon(2-1) ended up with the loss. Despite the loss, he struckout 15
Waterworld batters in 7 innings. 'Strider was simply incredible' losing
pitcher Rodon said. 'I hate to admit this but I'd pay to watch a man pitch
like that'
